The Journey of Gorsha Coffee

Our journey begins in the heart of the Ethiopian highlands, where coffee was first discovered. Our Sidamo and Yirgacheffe beans are still carefully grown today. From these fertile lands, we bring the rich traditions of Ethiopia to London—through vibrant coffee, fresh Injera made from authentic Teff flour, and wholesome vegan and vegetarian dishes inspired by our heritage.
